Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dependable team member to support store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and exceptional customer service. You will assist with deliveries, pricing, and register accuracy to help the store run smoothly.

Focus on delivering a distinctive Walgreens experience, greeting customers, resolving questions, and maintaining compliant operations throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and inventory management.
• Ensures accurate pricing and signage to support local regulations.
