Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a reliable Retail Key Holder to support store operations when management is not on duty. You will open and close the store, perform start-ups, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will assist customers, process returns and refunds, manage pricing and signage, and help with inventory, displays, and backroom tasks. English fluency and at least one year of supervisory or retail leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and system start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist shoppers with products.
• Assist with pricing changes, signage, and maintaining displays.
• Support inventory, shelf resets, and backroom organization.
• Liaise with management to communicate tasks and report issues.
