Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtain and maintain valid pharmacy certification or license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management.
• Process returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients with friendly, proactive service to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing; ensure proper signage and shelf labeling.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic store operations.
