Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, assists with products/services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing signage, and basic department maintenance.
