Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and opening back door for deliveries.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with displays, pricing, and basic bookkeeping; ensure store cleanliness and condition.
