• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including start-ups, cash handling, and preparing floor/stock room for the day.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Acts as liaison between management and team when store management is not present.
• Supports inventory tasks, displays, pricing, and merchandising in line with policies.
