Responsibilities

• Process returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Create a positive customer experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and merchandising; monitor stock levels.
• Register cash handling: verify prices, voids, and scanning errors.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Support backroom organization and displays; update signage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and appearance; participate in training.
• Assist with bag checks and general store maintenance.
• Liaise between management and team; report disciplinary issues.
• Attend training and complete required PPLs.
