Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash/start-up tasks.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience across interactions.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and proper pricing/signage in the store.
• Supports displays, promotions, and room for backroom/stockroom organization.
• Handles store communications between management and team members when management is absent.
