Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Coaches team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering processes and deliveries.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash registers, including recording scanning errors and price verifications.
• Reviews order exceptions on release day and assists in reverse logistics (returns).
• Develops displays, completes resets and revisions, and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Performs basic pricing changes and ensures proper signage per local regulations.
• Supports bookkeeping tasks, including cash reports and ledgers.
• Assists with maintenance to keep store clean and orderly and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Assists with Pharmacy out window where allowed, or per state requirements.
• Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products and bag checks for team members.
• Completes special assignments as requested.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.
