Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to help run our store when management isn’t present. You will open and close the store, handle cash activity, process returns and refunds, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, answer questions, and model Walgreens service traits to deliver a delightful shopping experience while supporting displays, pricing, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys, assist with vendor deliveries, price changes, and basic merchandising.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, price signage, and cleanliness of store interior and exterior.
