Job summary

Walgreens in the Montgomery County area is seeking a store team member to support opening and closing duties, handle cash, returns, and refunds, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will engage customers, provide assistance, and model Walgreens’ service traits to deliver a delightful experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, displays, pricing, and back‑of‑house processes while maintaining compliance and a welcoming store environment for patients

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Arrests and convictions will be considered; Walgreens is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and helping with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with and coaches team members on ordering, pricing, inventory, and displays; maintains store conditions.
