You will assist customers, process returns, refunds, and price changes, and support inventory control, displays, and basic bookkeeping tasks while maintaining compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid certifications (e.g., pharmacy-related) as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers all sales with accurate records, price verifications, and handling of scanning errors or voids.
• Assists with inventory, displays, and backroom organization; supports signage and pricing tasks.
