Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an on-site team member to support store operations and customer care in Kewanee, IL. You will help open/close the store, handle cash, and assist with vendor deliveries while ensuring a clean, well-organized floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages store keys, pricing updates, and signage to reflect pricing and local regulations.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports stockroom and backroom operations.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic maintenance requests.
