Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, ensuring cash handling and systems start-up.
• Handle product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with products.
• Maintain inventory and pricing accuracy; ensure signage and displays.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access when needed.
• Complete housekeeping and safety duties as required.
