• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change for registers.
• Delivers a distinctive, customer-first experience and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages inventory, price changes, and basic merchandising tasks; supports displays and promotions.
• Supports training and coordination of team members during shifts.
