• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports pricing, displays, and shelf replenishment.
• Assists with vendor deliveries by opening back doors and coordinating with management.
