Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a capable Retail Key Holder to manage store opening and closing in the absence of management, ensuring all systems start up, cash handling, and floor readiness.

You will open the back door for deliveries and maintain accurate cash register records throughout the shift. The role involves delivering a distinctive Walgreens customer experience, assisting with vendor deliveries, pricing, merchandising, and inventory accuracy, while coaching team members on service standards

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling tasks; provides change as needed.
• Greet customers and deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom access as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash register records and price changes; ensure proper signage and pricing compliance.
