Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Key Holder to help operate the store in the absence of management. You will manage cash, assist customers, and ensure readiness of the floor and stock room for the business day.

You will also support daily tasks such as opening back doors for deliveries, executing price changes, stocking, and ensuring compliance with policies while delivering a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required cash and ensuring floor and stock room readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Serves as a liaison between management and team members when store management is not present, communicates assigned tasks.
