• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and stocking in accordance with policies.
• Assists with pricing, displays, and housekeeping to keep the store clean and organized.
