Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes cash drops and provides change; records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Engages customers with a distinctive and delightful experience and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Holds store keys to open/close when needed; assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing, signage, and displays; supports basic department pricing tasks and local regulations.
