Job summary

Walgreens seeks a dedicated team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, ensuring all systems start up, cash handling, and floor readiness. You will handle returns, refunds, and cash drops, while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and assisting with displays and vendor deliveries. Strong English communication and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management and assist with vendor deliveries when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, pricing, and store cleanliness to support compliant operations.
