Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience & Operations role to support store opening, closing, and daily cash handling. You will ensure floor and stock room readiness and assist with deliveries when management is unavailable.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, manage inventory and pricing, assist with displays, housekeeping, and basic bookkeeping as required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with cash handling and system start‑ups.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close and assist with vendor deliveries via backdoor.
• Maintain pricing, signage, inventory accuracy and basic department upkeep.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance as needed.
