Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to open and close the store when management is unavailable, manage cash, assist customers, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

The role emphasizes delivering a delightful customer experience, engaging with customers, supporting product placement, pricing, and basic store operations. Prior leadership or key-holder experience is preferred and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys to open/close without management; supports warehouse/vendor ordering; handles pricing, signage, and store appearance.
