Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start‑ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers related sales, price verifications, and voids; ensures accurate pricing and signage.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and assists with displays and back room organization.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and back door access as needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies and keeps relationships with coworkers respectful.
