Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to handle cash, refunds, and basic store transactions.
• Prior knowledge of inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent and manage start-up processes.
• Handle cash drops, refunds, and price changes with accuracy.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers promptly.
• Support back-office tasks, shelving, and displays, and ensure shelves are stocked.
