Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handling systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Models customer service best practices for the team, including greeting and proactive service.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; supports vendor deliveries.
• Registers sales accurately, tracks scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Reviews orders and assists in reverse logistics and displays development.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments and stockrooms.
• Ensures proper pricing, signage, and compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping tasks and store maintenance; supports safety and cleanliness.
• Assists with separation of food items and stock rotation; ensures FIFO.
• Knowledge of store systems and equipment; supports pharmacy out window when requested.
