Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices and maintains service traits.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; coaches team members with ordering processes and deliveries.
• Registers all sales, tracks scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; reviews order exceptions and reverse logistics.
• Assists in merchandising, displays, resets, and price changes; maintains on-hand inventory accuracy.
• Supports bookkeeping activities and general store maintenance; ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
