Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handling systems start‑ups and cash procedures.
• Completes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for cash registers.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Engages customers, greets them, and helps with questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Counts inventory, maintains pricing, signs, and displays; supports stockroom and floor readiness.
• Keeps basic store systems and equipment knowledge; supports pharmacy window and back‑door duties as needed.
