Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Retail Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, perform cash handling, process returns and refunds, and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role includes inventory counts, price changes, and supporting backroom operations.

You will model exceptional customer service and help train team members. Responsibilities include opening the back door for deliveries, assisting with displays and promotions, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, and cash handling; provide change to registers.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close and assist with vendor deliveries via backdoor.
