Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; ensures accurate cash register records and price verifications.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing, signage, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
