Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling cash and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom operations.
• Support vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
