Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to support store operations and lead customer-focused service at the Royal Oak location. You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, returns, and backroom activities while ensuring an engaging shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, resolving issues, maintaining inventory accuracy and price signage, and supporting vendor deliveries under supervision when needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets and assists with products and services, resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Keeps store keys and assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor operations.
• Maintains accurate inventory and pricing, including signage and local regulations.
