Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management with required cash handling.
• Processes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages inventory, pricing signage, and basic backroom organization.
