Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtain and maintain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Model customer service best practices to the team, including greeting and proactive assistance.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, displays, and stockroom organization.
