Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supervises price changes and signage.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and in-store displays.
• Stands in as liaison between management and team, reporting disciplinary issues.
