Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin seeks a capable team member to support store operations in the absence of management. You will open/close the store, handle cash, process refunds and voids, and ensure floors and stockrooms are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, assist with product needs, and model a distinctive customer experience while supporting inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom tasks. Prior leadership or retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and prepare the floor and stock room.
• Handle cash, refunds, returns, and cashiering duties.
• Provide excellent customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and backroom operations.
• Support pharmacy window operations and regulatory compliance as needed.
