Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated associate in Wisconsin to join our customer-first team. You will help open and close the store when management is away, manage cash handling, refunds, and transactions, and play a key role in delivering a consistently positive customer experience.

You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, support inventory and displays, and collaborate with pharmacy and store teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Assists with and coaches team members on vendor deliveries and stockroom activities.
• Maintains accurate register records, including price verifications and voids.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, stock levels, and store signage; supports price changes.
• Assists with basic bookkeeping and floor displays, including promotions.
