Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate in Wisconsin to support opening and closing the store in the absence of management, handle cash-related duties, and ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles startup/shutdown tasks.
• Handles cash: returns, refunds, cash drops, and making change at registers.
• Delivers distinctive and delightful customer experiences to shoppers.
• Coaches team members in store operations and vendor deliveries.
• Maintains accurate inventory and pricing; secures proper signage and pricing per local regulations.
