Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and assists with vendor deliveries.
• Registers all sales, tracks scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Reviews order exceptions and supports reverse logistics; assists with displays and pricing.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments and stockroom; supports stock rotation.
• Ensures store pricing signage and local regulatory compliance; assists with bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintains store appearance, assists with repairs, and supports separation of food items.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and equipment; assists at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Complies with policies; maintains respectful coworker relationships; completes special tasks.
• Attends training and completes PPLs; serves as liaison when management is absent.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
