Job summary

Walgreens in Harbor Pines, CA is seeking a Retail Key Holder to support store operations when management is absent. You will open and close the store, handle cash, assist customers, and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for the day.

You will train and guide team members, maintain inventory accuracy, support pricing and signage, and coordinate vendor deliveries while upholding Walgreens’ service standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for suppliers.
• Assist with pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance.
• Performs basic bookkeeping and cash reporting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
