Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a dependable Retail Key Holder who can open and close the store, manage cash registers, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business days. You may open the back door for deliveries and support store operations in managers' absence.

You will greet customers, resolve issues, stock shelves, assist with pricing, inventory, and displays, and help maintain a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, perform required system start-ups, handle cash, ensure floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Process returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with ordering, pricing changes, and display development; maintain accurate inventory and signage.
• Assist with maintenance, backdoor access for deliveries, and compliance with store policies and local regulations.
