Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including start-up systems and cash handling.
• Handles returns, voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists with product questions.
• Greets customers, offers help, and resolves questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing, signage, and assists with displays.
