Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness.
• Handle product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as requested.
• Deliver distinctive customer experiences and greet customers to assist with products and services.
• Support with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and displays; maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Assist with backroom operations, stock rotation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws on regulated products and maintain store policies.
