• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys to open/close without management and supports backroom/vendor processes.
