Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups, cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys to open/close in manager's absence; supports ordering, pricing, displays, and inventory control.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, cash counts, and ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
