Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or key holder retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management and handle required systems start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and assist with products and services.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing, displays, and stock rotations.
• Support cashier operations, backroom, and vendor deliveries as needed.
