Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and day-start procedures.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a delightful shopping experience.
• Maintain inventory counts and ensure pricing and signage accuracy.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Support store maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
