Job summary

You will engage customers, help with products and services, assist with vendor deliveries, inventory, pricing, and merchandising, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, and merchandising, including displays and stock rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep, including backroom organization and appearance.
