Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including cash handling and system start-ups.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to every guest.
• Greet customers and help with products and services, resolving issues to ensure positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members to maintain Walgreens service standards.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, including backdoor access and order processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and proper pricing with clear signage.
• Support bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports, counts, and ledgers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state/local regulations for controlled items and store policies.
• Assist with displays, merchandising, stock rotation, and stock room organization.
• Handle responsibilities at pharmacy out window as requested by management.
