Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is not present, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and inventory accuracy.
• Supports inventory, displays, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and ledgers.
